- About Neil Tiwari
- Neil grew up in the western suburbs of Chicago, IL and is currently attending Northwestern University. Neil earned a Bachelors in Biomedical Engineering in March of 2008 and will obtain a Masters in Biomedical Engineering this June.
- Current and Past Jobs
- Neil worked for the Institute of Design Engineering and Applications at Northwestern University during his Freshman year summer developing assisted living devices for spinal cord injury patients. Starting his sophomore year summer Neil began working at Baxter Healthcare as a Systems Engineer in the Northern Chicago area. After cooping at Baxter for a year and a half he has chosen to work there full time upon completion of his masters.
- Why Did You Join KTE?
- Neil joined KTE in 2007 for the hope of advancing his professional skills. That year he served as KTE's marketing chair and the following year in 2008 became the president of his local chapter. KTE helped Neil network with other students and through professional development events, enhance his presenting and non-engineering skills.
