Each year, Kappa Theta Epsilon hosts a convention at a participating University. At convention, particpating chapters meet together to discuss local and national topics related to the organization. This can include changes to the organizational by-laws, the creation of a new Executive Team position, and others. A discussion is also held regarding each participating chapter, past and future events, membership count and monetary status. Finally, convention encourages participating chapters to interact, network and exchange ideas and information to help their chapters and themselves grow.
